Slow Down Coffee is coming to Cape Canaveral

Slow Down Coffee started with a simple feeling: we missed great craft coffee and the kind of café you actually want to spend time in.

After traveling the country, we came home in 2019 and built the Slow Down Coffee cart. We've poured at markets, events, and day parties that bring together local makers, musicians, and vendors.

Now we're taking the next step: a café of our own in Cape Canaveral, Florida. We'll be serving a full coffee menu with standard drinks, a rotating seasonal menu, and lite bites, with coffee from Presta Coffee Roasters.
